Primary Arms is proud to announce a new rifle giveaway for June. Following the 6.5 Creedmoor Precision Rifle giveaway in May, Primary Arms will be giving away a brand new 9mm pistol-caliber carbine. PCCs are a rapidly growing segment of the AR market, offering a smooth, low-recoil shooting experience with low-cost ammunition. With this new build, Primary Arms incorporates several enhancements that are certain to please new and practiced shooters alike.

The core of any quality carbine is the receiver set, so Primary Arms started with a Cross Machine Tool UHP9 lower matched with a CMT UPUR2 slick-side upper. These receivers don’t just look sleek—they include all the conveniences and features one would expect from a high-grade carbine. Some improvements include the upper tensioning screw, an integral magazine release button, and threaded roll pins, but the largest convenience comes with Glock 17 magazine compatibility. The first thing most shooters replace is their trigger, but this build includes a CMC match-grade 3.5lb single stage trigger, so no replacement is necessary. An Ultralight 16” barrel from Foxtrot Mike helps to balance the carbine to maximize its maneuverability, and recoil is tamed with a LANTAC Dragon muzzle brake. Keeping on target will be made even easier with the included Silver Series SLx Advanced Rotary Knob Micro Dot, which is mounted with a complementary American Defense Quick Detach Mount.
