Position Overview

ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in law enforcement equipment and firearms sales. We are recognized by our customers for our excellence in creative marketing, technology, professionalism, and world-class customer service. ProForce is currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Florida to join our hardworking Sales Team.

The Regional Sales Representative is a base+commission outside sales position and is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Florida. Additionally, our Regional Sales Representatives are responsible for visiting law enforcement agencies throughout the territory, conducting product demonstrations, as well as representing ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes. 

Ideal Candidate Would Possess

• Prior outside sales experience is a PLUS
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision
• Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a PLUS
• The ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• A responsive, action oriented, and customer obsessed drive for success
• A proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
• The ability to demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills
• An ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems

Position Requirements

• Must reside within the stated territory 
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
