Promotion excludes upper or lower receivers and M&P15-22 Rifles. Because of certain restrictions (including state and local regulations concerning magazine capacity) not all persons will be eligible to receive some items in this promotion. Where 30-round magazines are restricted, 10-round, aluminum magazines will be substituted. These rifles are made in the U.S.A. and are covered by the Smith & Wesson Lifetime Service Policy.

Smith & Wesson has launched a consumer promo offering a $50 rebate or two free extra magazines on any new Sigma Series pistol purchased between October 1 and December 31, 2009. Consumers who purchase any new Sigma Series pistol (Models SW9VE, SW9GVE, SW40VE, SW40GVE) between October 1 and December 31, 2009 can receive a $50.00 mail-in rebate OR two free extra magazines.

Sigma pistols are chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W and both are available with a matte stainless slide and either a black frame or a NATO green frame. These ergonomically designed production pistols are made in the U.S.A. and are covered by the Smith & Wesson Lifetime Service Policy.
