Hornady® is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott McKelvey to Director of Manufacturing.

In his new position, McKelvey will oversee manufacturing processes throughout all production divisions.

Joining the team with over 20 years of manufacturing and engineering management experience, McKelvey most recently served as the plant manager at Unverferth in Lexington, Nebraska (formerly Orthman Manufacturing).

"Scott brings extensive knowledge and experience that will serve Hornady well,” said Steve Hornady. “His proven capabilities in manufacturing management will undoubtedly increase our efficiency, productivity, and quality; we're excited for him to join our team,” he added.

McKelvey received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He and his wife reside near Kearney, Nebraska.
