These key updates offer significant improvements in image quality and performance across the Contractor 640 series, along with enhancements to the Sidekick 640 series, including improved image quality and frame rates.

The July 2024 update highlights
Sidekick 640 model:
? Enhanced Image Processing: Reduces the frequency of "NUC-ing" (brief image disruptions), especially after the first few minutes of use.
? Improved Stability: Fixes an issue causing the unit to freeze during lengthy (10+ minute) recordings.
? Restored Vertical Margin Range: Set back to 100.
? Higher Resolution Snapshots: Increased resolution for still images.
? Smooth Playback: Fixed visual glitches during in-device playback.
Contractor 640 models:
? Enhanced Image Processing: Reduces the frequency of "NUC-ing," especially after the first few minutes of use.
? Improved Stability: Fixes an issue causing the unit to freeze during lengthy (10+ minute) recordings.
? Recording Cap: Individual recordings are now capped at 30 minutes for stability reasons (multiple recordings are supported up to storage limits).
? Higher Resolution Snapshots: Increased resolution for still images.
