Tucson, AZ – Riton Optics is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their fully remote marketing team.

As a key member of the marketing and executive team, the Marketing Manager will be collaborating with sales, product development and the board, as well as assuming a strategic role in the overall management of the Riton Optics Brand. The following are some of the core responsibilities and skills the ideal candidate would possess:

- Experience designing and executing marketing strategies

- Project management experience

o Budget control

o Resource allocation

- Proven track record of brand growth

- Tradeshow and consumer show management and planning experience

- B2C focused marketing experience

- Ecommerce sales experience (Website, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

- Experience creating and implementing affiliate programming

- Agency management experience

- Producing content for website, editorial design and organizing company ad sets

- Firearms/ outdoor industry experience is preferred, but not required
