The FBI Citizens Academy Program offers business, religious, civic, and community leaders an immersive, engaging experience into the inner workings, mission and priorities of the FBI. The goal of the program is to foster a greater understanding of the role of federal law enforcement in the community through frank discussion and education. Programs are held at FBI field offices around the country. FBI employees, former Citizens Academy Program graduates, and community leaders nominate candidates for the program.
