Franklin Armory Seeks Marketing Manager / Content Creator
Franklin Armory is one of America’s most innovative manufacturers of firearms, parts and accessories. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager / Content Creator to develop engaging multimedia content for use in advertising, social media, tradeshows, and marketing communications. The position is full time and located in Minden, NV.
The ideal candidate will have 3-plus years of relevant digital content creation experience, including video production, graphic design, social media, and email marketing. A keen understanding of the firearms industry is preferred but not required. However, a strong desire to work in the firearms industry is essential.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Creating and scheduling various digital media for upcoming events
- Capturing quality video and photography content for various social media platforms
- Social media posting, optimization, and writing effective/relevant captions
- Designing high quality digital and print marketing collateral for internal and external channels
- Create and refine email marketing/sales campaigns
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team on projects as needed
- Assist in creation of internal and external promotional pieces
- Updating marketing and brand collateral with the most up to date changes in general, technical, trademark/IP, and product specification information
- Updating our website with the most current information
Minimum Requirements:
·Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- A positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail are required
- Expert proficiency of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premier Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or similar creative tools
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office365
- Ability to multi-task and simultaneously handle coordination of several events in various stages
- Strong communications and social skills
- Possess a basic knowledge of patents, trademarks, and branding
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- SEO, website design, and analytics experience a plus
- Previous marketing experience in the firearms or outdoor industry a plus
- Previous military and law enforcement is a plus
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be legally able to possess a firearm under Nevada and Federal law
- Must pass a drug test
- Must abide by company safety policies
Physical Demands:
- Moderate walking, standing, heavy lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Work in inside and outside environments with heat, cold, inclement weather, around moving objects, and with machinery with moving parts
- Frequent exposure to fumes, dust, and noise
- Required to lift up to 50lbs
Work Environment:
- Maintain the highest level of safety and cleanliness
- Ensure that all documentation is correct including quantities and other records
- Work performed in a shop and office environment
- Some travel required
- Must be present in regular attendance and have a flexible work schedule
- Ensures compliance with legal and company ordinances in his/her areas of responsibility
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
- Keeps his/her standard of knowledge up-to-date in his/her area of responsibility through continuing education measures
