Applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:

? Previous experience in distribution sales

? Comprehensive knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories

? Demonstrated ability to achieve company goals for outbound sales calls and dealer prospecting

? Interact effectively with credit, warehouse, and purchasing departments

? Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

? Maintain a positive attitude in the face of customer and colleague challenges

? Proficiency in order-entry software

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

? Ability to remain focused while working remotely

? Attention to detail

? Willingness to undertake occasional travel
