Ayers, a native of rural Virginia, served 22 years in the U.S. Army before transitioning to the defense industry, where he worked for a leading manufacturer. He later moved into the firearms sector, founding and operating several high-end retail stores and shooting ranges. His deep industry experience and passion for customer service make him a valuable addition to the C&H Precision team.
