The newest members of UTG PRO’s increasingly popular free float Super Slim family of handguards boast the same sleek design elements and ease of installation that have made our 13", 15", and 17" counterparts such a huge success. Now you can get these in the shorter 5.5" and 10" Lengths, making them a perfect attachment to SBRs and AR Pistols. These feature the same 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum construction, slim octagonal profile, scalloped MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) top rail, and ergonomic finger grooves cut throughout the length of the rail itself. The MIL-STD-1913 top rail is T-marked for repeatable hardware indexing and each rail uses our included precision machined steel or titanium barrel nut mounting system.
One of the outstanding aspects of these handguards is the integral anti-rotation tabs that are featured throughout the Super Slim series. This clever design provides accurate alignment with the upper receiver, while preventing the rail from rotating under heavy use. Both 5.5" and 10" handguards are available in either M-LOK™ or Keymod. The M-LOK™ handguards include an 8 slot MIL-STD-1913 rail section and a QD sling swivel adaptor while the Keymod handguards come with both a 4 slot and 8 slot rail sections. These simple lightweight handguards offer the ultimate combination of superior handling, ease of installation, and weight reduction into one our most appealing and distinct designs to date.
