MDT is proud to announce the opening of their new manufacturing, assembly and warehousing facility in Everson, Washington. The facility is located near the US/Canadian border - in close proximity to MDT’s Canadian operations. “The two facilities are under an hour drive from each other.” says Ryan Neels, Operations Manager for MDT, “This new facility will provide MDT customers and dealers with expedited product shipments and create the foundation for growth in manufacturing in the US.”
While MDT manufactures chassis systems and a variety of precision bolt-action rifle accessories for distribution around the globe - this new facility is part of a long-term stability and service plan. “The US has always been a huge part of our business - an important focus has always been on the American shooter and being part of the precision rifle culture.” says CEO Maarten Van Ruitenburg. “While we have customers all over the world we have always planned a stronger presence in the US to ensure our successful growth and our ongoing commitment to American shooters.”
“The new facility begins shipping Monday!” says Neels, who is overseeing the facility set-up and on-going operations. “We have just moved inventory and are ready for the next steps.” The US facility will provide growing job and partner opportunities in the Pacific Northwest as MDT implements their operations plan.
