ZeroTech Optics USA introduces the Thrive X 3-9x40, a second focal plane hunting riflescope line offered with Zeroplex, G4, PHR 3 and PHR 4reticles. Built around a 40mm objective and a 30mm aluminum main tube, the line combines a familiar hunting magnification range with configuration choices for hunters who prefer a straightforward sight picture, holdover references or a customizable elevation dial.
At 3x, the scope provides a 37.7-foot field of view at 100 yards for finding game in timber and around a stand. At 9x, that view narrows to 12.6 feet as the shooter brings distant detail into focus. Fixed parallax keeps the setup straightforward, while 3.3 inches of eye relief supports a consistent position behind the scope.
The G4, PHR 3 and PHR 4 configurations include the Adjustable BDC Turret, which carries five individually lockable reference markers. Hunters can match those markers to distances confirmed with their own rifle and ammunition rather than relying on a fixed, cartridge-specific scale. The conventional 0.25 MOA scale remains readable beneath the markers, preserving normal elevation adjustments alongside the custom references.
The Zeroplex configuration is listed at 18.4 ounces, while the three glass-etched configurations are listed at 18.8 ounces with the BDC turret. All four models use nonilluminated reticles and provide 60 MOA of internal adjustment in both elevation and windage. The line keeps the same core optical specifications across all four reticle options, letting hunters choose the aiming system that suits their preferences.
